Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 9" pie crust
  • butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
  • shredded cheese
  • 2 pounds Stoufer's Spinach Soufle, defrosted

Directions

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter, until soft

  2. Line bottom of crust with the mixture

  3. Sprinkle on cheese

  4. Spoon on the defrosted spinach

  5. Smooth out

  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  7. Insert knife in center to see if it is cooked

  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
