Ingredients
- 5 ounces chicken breast, halved
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

Rinse the chicken and pat dry

Place in a baking dish

Combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic, stirring well

Pour over chicken, stirring to coat

Marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator

Remove chicken and reserve marinade.

Place chicken on grill and cook, basting with marinade or bake at 350 for 40 minutes
