Weight Watchers Chinese BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces chicken breast, halved
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry

  2. Place in a baking dish

  3. Combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic, stirring well

  4. Pour over chicken, stirring to coat

  5. Marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator

  6. Remove chicken and reserve marinade.

  7. Place chicken on grill and cook, basting with marinade or bake at 350 for 40 minutes
