Tortilla Crunch Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton fiesta herb and red pepper soup
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, finely crushed
  • fresh chicken tenders
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. In medium bowl, combine chips and soup

  3. In large bowl, combine chicken and egg beaten with water, coating well.

  4. Dip chicken in tortilla mixture

  5. In jelly roll pan, sprayed with cooking spray, arrange chicken and drizzle with butter

  6. Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until chicken is done.
