- 1 envelope Lipton fiesta herb and red pepper soup
- 1 cup tortilla chips, finely crushed
- fresh chicken tenders
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat oven to 400

In medium bowl, combine chips and soup

In large bowl, combine chicken and egg beaten with water, coating well.

Dip chicken in tortilla mixture

In jelly roll pan, sprayed with cooking spray, arrange chicken and drizzle with butter

Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until chicken is done.
