Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces chopped pimento, drained
- 1 can Durkee onions
Directions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of onions

Pour into a 1 quart casserole

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350

Top with cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
