Tiropita

Ingredients

  • 1 pound phyllo dough
  • 1 pound feta cheese
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Place 2-3 phyllo leaves in a buttered pan, buttring each layer.

  2. Spread crumbled cheese on top, repeating every 2nd layer.

  3. Cut the pita into serving size

  4. Beat the eggs and milk together.

  5. Pour over the pita and bake in a 350 preheated oven for about 45 minutes
