Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon minced onion flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine cracker crumbs and butter in bowl

Reserve 1/2 cup

Combine the remainder with zucchini, garlic, cheese, egg, onion flakes and pepper

Mix well and place in casserole

Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
