Ingredients
- 1 21 oz. can apple fruit filling
- 6 8" tortillas
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

spoon filling down center of tortilla.

sprinkle w/ cinnamon, rollem up

seam side down in a lightly greased 2 quart

baking dish. Bring butter, sugar, brown sugar and water to boil. reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 3 min. pour over enchiladas. let stand 30 mins. bake 350 for 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar or serve w/ ice cream.
