• 4 small baking potates
• 1 pound beef
• 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese in 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 small tomato chopped
• 2 green onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

1. ick potatoes in several places with fork microwave on high 14 mins. turn after 7. Meanwhile brown meat, rain, add cheese, tomatoes and onions. cook until cheese is melted and mixed, stiring frequently. split potatoes, mash insides with fork top with meat fixture and sour cream.
