Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups sour cream
- 1 slightly beaten egg yolk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Any preserves
Directions

Cut shortening into flour like piecrust. Add sour cream and egg. Blend well. Form into ball. Wrap in wax paper. Fridge overnight. Divide into 4 portions. Roll each out into round shape on cinnamon, nut, sugar mixture turning often. Spread with thin layer of preserves. Cut into 8 – 10 pie shaped wedges. Roll each wedge into crescent shape. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 30 minutes.
