Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 packages pecan pieces
- 4 - 5 pieces of Matzah
Directions

Spray jelly roll pan with PAM. (I lined it with foil). Cover pan with one layer of Matzah. Melt butter in pan, add brown sugar and boil for 2 – 3 minutes until bubbly and thickened. Pour over matzoh and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Can sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread chocolate around to cover matzah. Refridge until hardened. Break into small pieces.
