BBQ Chicken Pita

Ingredients
- 1 Tb BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup (or around 2.5 oz) pre-cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 whole wheat pita (I used one that was about 6 in. in diameter, then cut it in half)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 Tb cucumber, diced
- 1 Tb ranch dressing, light

In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and chicken. Zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds until hot.

In a medium bowl, mix the lettuce, cucumber, and ranch dressing until everything is coated with dressing.

Warm up your pita for about 20 seconds in order for it to open easily. Stuff the chicken and lettuce mixture in the pita and start eating!
