Sunday Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef, 1" cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 stalks celery, 1" chopped
- 6 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes (large), cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 c V8 juice
- 1 T sugar
- 2 T tapioca
Directions

Put meat in bottom of deep pan and add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour juice and sugar over mixture and sprinkle tapioca over the top.

Cover and cook for 4 hours.
