Ingredients
- 1 Cup of short grain sushi rice
- 1 1/4 Cup of water
- 1 Tablespoon of garlic butter
- 1 Cup of assorted mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Sliced chicken breast
- A pinch of salt and pepper

Alright, for the preparation, the first thing you want to do is bring the water with rice to a boil on medium high heat. When the water is boiling, lower to medium and let simmer until ready. In a wok, on medium heat, melt the garlic butter and add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and chicken to it. Sautee the whole for 15-17 minutes until the mushrooms are well grilled and the chicken is cooked.

Add the chicken and mushrooms on a bed of rice and you are done! Very easy recipe to make and very delicious to eat.
