Seven Layer Dip

Serves 15 people
Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans, low-fat or no-fat
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 container sour cream, low-fat or non-fat
- 1 package guacamole
- 1 14 oz package cheddar cheese, finely shredded, mexican style
- 6-8 Roma tomatoes, diced, depends on size
- 6-8 scallions (green onions), thinly sliced
- 1 can sliced black olives
Directions

Spread refried beans in a thin layer on the bottom of a 9 × 12 dish or pan

Mix taco seasoning into sour cream

Spread mixture on top of beans, as thinly as desired

Spread guacamole on top of sour cream mixture

Sprinkle about half the shredded cheese for the next layer

Spread the diced tomatoes on top of the cheese

Sprinkle the sliced scallions on next

Add the olives as the next layer

Finish with the remainder of the shredded cheese.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
