Hot Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes in sauce
- 3 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the cheese in your slow cooker

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour

Gently smash the beans along the side of the crockery

Sprinkle with the cheese, cover, and cook for 30 minutes more

Serve warm with tortilla chips
