Festive Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; mix well.

  2. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, pecans, and Cool Whip.

  3. Spoon into a 13×9 inch baking dish.

  4. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Cut into squares.
