Broiled Tenderloin Steaks w/ Ginger Hoisin Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 4 (4 oz) beef tenderloin steaks
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Combine hoisin, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chili garlice sauce in small bowl and whisk.

  3. Place steaks on foil-lined pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.

  4. Broil steaks 5 inches inches from heat for 2 minutes and turn over.

  5. Broil 2 minutes and turn steaks over.

  6. Brush steaks with half hoisin mixture and broil for 1 minute.

  7. Continue to broil to desired doneness.
