Broiled Tenderloin Steaks w/ Ginger Hoisin Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 4 (4 oz) beef tenderloin steaks
- cooking spray
Directions

Preheat broiler.

Combine hoisin, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chili garlice sauce in small bowl and whisk.

Place steaks on foil-lined pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.

Broil steaks 5 inches inches from heat for 2 minutes and turn over.

Broil 2 minutes and turn steaks over.

Brush steaks with half hoisin mixture and broil for 1 minute.

Continue to broil to desired doneness.
