Ingredients
- Ham Filling:
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham (or ground cooked ham)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickles
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Cheese Filling:
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced (include some tender green tops)
- 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Sandwiches:
- 6 crusty sourdough sandwich buns, split lengthwise
- 1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spread cut sides of rolls lightly with mayonnaise.

On bottom half of rolls; spread a layer of ham filling, then a layer of cheese filling.

Replace tops of rolls; wrap sandwiches in foil; bake 15-20 minutes, until warmed through.
