Ingredients
- Potatoes, sliced thinly
- butter
- milk
- Romano cheese
- salt and pepper
- flour
- Italian bread crumbs
Directions

Prepare the sauce.

Melt the butter and stir in the flour, stirring with a whisk.

Add warm milk and stir until slightly thickened

Place potatoes in a pan.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.

Cover with sauce and spot with butter

Top with bread crumbs

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour

Uncover and bake for about 1/2 hour more, ot until top is brown.
