Ingredients
- 1 loaf sliced pumpernickel cocktail bread
- 1/4-1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces havarti cheese, sliced thin
- chives
Directions

Spread bread thinly with mustard.

Top with cheese and shake chives over the top.

Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
