Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 dozen mushrooms (optional)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium size white cabbage
- 1 c tomato sauce
- ton of leafy greans
- 2 garlic cloves
- soy sauce or salt
Directions

Satee chopped onions and cubed potatoes, add mushrooms. Add shredded cabbage after a few minutes along with tomatoe sauce. Cover and let cook till cabage and potatoes are tender.

Add leafy greens, crushed garlic and may be some fresh basil, dill or parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
