Ingredients
- 3/4 cup couscous
- 1/3 tomato-corn mix
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 2 tbsp cubed feta
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil

Prepare couscous as directed on package. Let cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper
