Ingredients
- 1 jar quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 French baguette, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced

Preheat the broiler. In a medium bowl, mix artichokes, cheeses, onion and mayonnaise. Top baguette slices with equal amounts of the artichoke mixture and top with tomatoes. Arrange slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes or until toppings are bubbly and light browned.
