- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 16 oz strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream

Mix together 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans,

2 cup butter. Pat into a 9×13 pan and bake for 6 minutes at 375.

Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Slowly add 2/3 cup sugar then add in 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 16 oz of strawberries and beat for 8 to 10 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream.

Pour over cooled crust and freeze
