Ingredients
- Rub:
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- 2 Tablespoons pepper
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon cayenne
- 4 Pounds Pork Shoulder Roast
- Liquid:
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder

Combine the ingredients for the rub. Rub it all over the pork roast. Put in a 9 × 13 pan and cover with foil. Put in refrigerater over night.

Combine all the liquid ingredients. Pour over the rubbed roast and cover very tightly with foil. Pre heat oven to 325 and cook roast from 4-6 hours until the meat is easy to shred. You can serve with Coleslaw,Bbq Sauce, Pickles and mustard, on a great bun.
