Candied Popcorn and Peanuts

Ingredients
- 6 English Toffee bars (1-1/8 oz ea.)
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 8-1/2 gram jar peanuts, unsalted
Directions

In a heavy saucepan, heat toffee bars and corn syrup over low heat until completely melted – about 5 minutes. Stir often.

Pour the popped popcorn into a vary large deep pan.

Add the warm toffee mixture and nuts to the popcorn.

Toss with 2 large wooden spoons until popcorn is coated.

Let cool.

Gently break up any large chunks with wooden spoon.
