Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • Dash Paprika

Directions

  1. Halve 1 chilled hard-cooked egg and scoop out the yolk. Mash yolk with mayonnaise and Paprika to taste. Spoon mixture back into halved egg whites.
