Beer Bread

Cook time: 50 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 3 C Self-Rising Flour (or, for each cup, place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure a cup.)
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) can light room temperature beer
  • 2 T light margarine or butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until moist. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
