Barbeque Sauce

Makes 4 cups.
Can be frozen.

Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 8-oz cans of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, small, thinly sliced
- 1 dash Liquid Smoke
Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Bring to a boil.

Lower heat, simmer uncovered, 30 minutes.

Stir occasionally.
