Tossed Herb Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, small
- 1/2 lb fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup fresh salad oil
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves, dried
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

Wash lettuce and spinach, dry thoroughly.

Keep in crisper in refrigerator until ready for use.

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine oil with remaining ingredients except cheese.

Shake to mix well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Tear lettuce and spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces, turn into large salad bowl.

Lightly toss salad dressings with greens.
