Caramel Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cold coffee, brewed double strength
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp. dry pectin (substitute gelatin)
  • 3 c. ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine the coffee, milk, sugar, caramel syrup, pectin, and cocoa in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar.

  2. Add the vanilla and ice, then blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stir with spoon if necessary to help blend.

  3. Pour into glasses and top each with whipped cream and drizzled caramel syrup.
