Chicken chilli

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chick
  • 2 tsp. grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tblsp. olive oil
  • 1 16 oz. jar green salsa
  • 1 16 oz. bag pepper stir fry
  • 1 15 oz. cannellini beans (white kidney)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • top with sour cream and shred cheese

Directions

  1. cook chicken sprinkle w/salt and cumin

  2. drain- put in slow cooker with ingrediants cover and cook for 4-5 hrs on low or high for 2 -2 1/2
