Hot Dogs a La Bourbon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 5 -6 hot dogs, cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and cook on medium heat until the hot dog pieces are coated with sauce ~ this takes about 1 hour.

  2. Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks.
