Ingredients
- 3lb top round roast
- 3 med. bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
- 1 envelope lipton golden onion soup
- 1 med. sweet onion diced
- 2 jalepenos chopped
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 carton beef broth (26oz)
- provolone slices
- keiser rolls
Directions

Place first 6 ingredients in the crockpot. Pour broth in crockpot until it covers roast. Turn the crockpot on high for 1 hour and then low for ten hours. With 2 forks shred the meat. Place servings on rolls and top it with provolone cheese.
