Ingredients

  • 1 cup Burgundy wine (red meat)
  • 1 cup white wine (white meat)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of black pepper
