Roasted Pepper Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortilla
  • 2 5 ounce pimento spread
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 16 oz roasted peppers, cut into strips

Directions

  1. Spread pimento on top of tortillas.

  2. Layer with Mozzarella cheese

  3. Layer salami and peppers on top of the cheese

  4. Roll up and wrap in plastic

  5. Refrigerate

  6. Slice into 6 pieces.

  7. Makes 60 roll-ups
