Ingredients

• 4 lg. mcintosh apples cored
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 3/4/ cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup instant oatmeal mix or rolled oats
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 4 tbs. butter cut into pieces
• 2 ounces, 1/8 cup golden raisins, chopped
• 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 pint dulce de leche ice cream or other
• whipped cream

Directions

1. pre-heat oven 425

2. sprinkle cored apple w lemon juice

3. mix-next 7 ing and over stuff apples

4. bake 20 mins. top with ice cream and whipped cream
