Ingredients
- 6 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- white pepper
Directions

Wash and pare potatoes

Heat salted water to boiling

Add potatoes
-
Cover and cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes

Drain
-
Press through potato masher
-
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients which have been gently heated through.

Mix with mixer until smooth

Do not overbeat
