Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2-3 c chicken breasts, uncooked & cubed
  • 1 lb italian sausage
  • 1 box bowtie pasta
  • 2/4 T olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 14-oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 1 T basil
  • 1 T rosemary
  • 1 c feta cheese

Directions

  1. Boil pasta as directed and drain.

  2. In large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil and set aside.

  3. Brown cubed chicken breasts and sausage together.

  4. Add remaining ingredients except for pasta and feta cheese.

  5. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

  6. d drained pasta and cook another 3-10 minutes and add feta cheese. Serves 6-7.
