Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1/4 cup lemon
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 2 cups onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

Saute the onion in oil and add the rice the rest of the ingredients and a cup of water

Simmer on low heat, covered for about 1 hour.

Roll the dolmades

Place in a pot and cover with water

Place a heavy plate on top and simmer for about 2 hours

Serve with lemon juice squeezed on top
