Ingredients
- 1 package yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 cups warm water
- 6 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A Prosforon seal
Directions

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water

Let stand for 5 minutes

Make a hole in the flour and pour in yeast mixture and remaining water

Mix and knead for 10 minutes

Cover and let rise for 1 hour

Knead for 20 minutes

Put seal on the dough

Let rise

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes in floured pan
