Ingredients
- 9 inch pie crust
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425

Spread crust with 1 tablespoon butter

Cook onion and pepper until tender, stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and add tuna

Spoon into crust

In a bowl with a fork, beat eggs, half and half and salt

Pour into crust

Bake for 15 minutes and turn oven to 325 and bake for 35 minutes more
