Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoonsTabasco sauce
- salt
- corn chips or crackers
Directions

Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet over medium heat

Add onion and cook until soft

Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup Monterey Jack, 3/4 cup Parmesan, Tabasco and salt

Stir until well blended and heated through

Pour mixture into 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until cheese begins to melt
