Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup carrot cut into strips
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions

Heat oil

Cut up chicken and fry for 3 minutes

Add garlic and vegetables

Cook for 3 minutes

Reduce to medium

Stir in mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger

Simmer until chicken is cooked through
