Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
