- Cinnamon Toast, whole wheat (2 slices)
- Cream Cheese, reduced fat (1T)
- Walnuts, chopped (1T)
- Pear, small (thin-sliced)

Spread reduced fat cream cheese on one slice of toast. Top with chopped walnuts. Place thin-sliced pears on top of walnuts. Complete sandwich with second slice of toast. Cut into 4 triangles.
