Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup butter. Stir in 1/4 cup cocoa, then the water. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.

In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to the cocoa mixture. Beat well and then stir in 1/3 cup condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.

Pour mixture into a greased cookie sheet or lined with aluminum foil. Bake 15 minutes or until done.

In a small pan, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter, remaining cocoa and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in powdered sugar and nuts. Spread on warm cake.
