Ingredients
- 2 (4 oz) spicy turkey sausages
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo, to garnish
- 1 tbsp sour cream, to garnish
- 1 avocado, sliced, to garnish
Directions

Dice turkey sausage and cook in a preheated skillet until brown, approx 2-3 minutes.

While sausage browns, whisk 4 eggs with milk.

Pour eggs on top of the turkey sausage in hot skillet and scramble.

Add shredded cheddar while scrambling eggs and sausage.

Cook up to 3 minutes depending on how you and your guest prefer eggs.

Serve on a warmed plate and garnish with 1 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp pico de gallo and diced avocado.
