Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6-10 pork chops
  • 1 med onion, sliced
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 t chili powder
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t paprika

Directions

  1. Put pork chops in a baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over the pork chops.

  2. Cover the dish and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
