Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- 4 medium carrots shredded
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 small to medium red onion, chopped
- 2 cups light miracle whip
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cidar vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions

Cook macaroni; drain & rinse in cold water.

In large serving bowl, combine macaroni, carrots, green pepper, and onion.

In a small bowl, whisk the miracle whip. milk, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper til smooth.

Pour over macaroni mixture & toss to coat.

Cover & refrigerate overnight.
